No. You connect through Meta’s official login and choose which pages to share. We never see your password, and access tokens are stored encrypted. You can remove SocialConnect from your Facebook settings at any time.
That is your choice for each page. With “Approve AI replies” on, nothing is sent until you approve it. With it off, the AI answers automatically, and you can still hold orders and payments for your approval.
Yes. It answers in the language the customer wrote in, including Bangla, English and mixed messages, using the prices and policies you have added.
