What we do

We help small and medium businesses unify their social media inboxes, automatically respond to customer inquiries with retrieval-augmented AI grounded in their own knowledge base, schedule and publish posts, monitor ad campaigns, and route high-risk conversations to human moderators.

Core capabilities

• Unified inbox for Facebook DMs, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp conversations.
• RAG knowledge base per Page/Account — upload PDFs, DOCX, TXT, CSV and the AI will ground all replies in your own documents using Google Gemini embeddings + token-level keyword search.
• 8-step intent classifier with safety guardrails: greetings, support contact, entertainment, product inquiries, payment confirmation (never auto-confirms), complaints, multi-turn context, and language rules (English / Bangla / Banglish).
• Human-in-the-loop AI Drafts queue: every AI suggestion lands in /ai-drafts with pending status and only fires after explicit human approval.
• Meta Marketing API v26.0 integration for Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns with daily budget controls, scheduling, and live analytics (spend, impressions, CTR, CPC).
• Real-time SSE notifications and WebSocket inbox updates so your team never misses a customer message.

How we're built

The backend is a Python 3.12 + FastAPI async monolith running on PostgreSQL (with SQLite fallback for local development) and Celery + Redis for background workers. The frontend is a Next.js 16 App Router application with React Server Components and Tailwind CSS, served over nginx with HSTS and end-to-end TLS via Let's Encrypt.

Compliance

All Page Access Tokens are Fernet-encrypted at rest. Webhook payloads from Meta are signature-verified before ingestion and deduplicated by (platform, external_event_id). We do not sell or share customer data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
