Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-07
1. Acceptance
By creating an account on socialpilot.tech or using any of its APIs (FastAPI at /api/v1/*, WebSocket at /ws/inbox, SSE at /api/v1/notifications/stream), you agree to these Terms of Service and to Meta Platforms' Platform Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. The service
SocialPilot provides a unified inbox, AI-assisted reply drafts, post scheduling, and ad campaign management for Facebook Pages, Instagram Business Accounts, and WhatsApp Cloud API customers. The service is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee beyond commercially reasonable efforts.
3. Acceptable use of AI auto-replies
- You may not use SocialPilot to send unsolicited spam or violate Meta's Platform Policies.
- The AI will never auto-confirm a payment, order, or refund. All payment-confirmation conversations are routed to a human moderator for verification.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the knowledge base content you upload. The AI's replies are grounded in your documents and we do not warrant their factual correctness.
- You must obtain any consents required by GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy law before connecting a Page/Account and processing your customers' messages through SocialPilot.
4. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your SocialPilot credentials secure. JWT tokens expire by default after 24 hours; rotate them promptly if you suspect compromise. Report any security incidents to security@socialpilot.tech.
5. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Meta's Platform Policies, or applicable law.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will be factually accurate. See Section 3 for the payment-confirmation limitation.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of socialpilot.tech is established. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
